Introducing the DRVETION BT20 Electric Fat bike, the perfect E-Bike for off-road adventures and city commuting. The Aluminum Alloy frame and oil disc brake provide stability and safety while the Color large screen LCD displays speed and battery life. The powerful 750W motor and Three gears allow for a Gradeability of up to 30° and a maximum speed of 25 km/h unlockable
The Electric Fat bike is equipped with a 10AH Samsung 21700 50E battery, providing a range of 25-35KM in pure electric mode and 40-60KM with assistance. The CST 20*4.0 tire ensures a comfortable ride on any terrain. The net weight of the E-Bike is 28.5KG, and the battery weighs 4.2KG, resulting in a gross weight of 34.2KG
Samsung 21700 Battery
The detachable Samsung 21700 50E lithium battery pack has a BMS protection function, pre-discharge, and equalization function, as well as overcharge protection, over-discharge, overcurrent, discharge circuit board, temperature protection, and disconnection protection, and can be charged more than 1000 times. Riders can charge the battery directly, or take it off to recharge, and then put it back in the frame.
Oversized Comfort Seat
Oversized Comfort seat with shock absorbing elastomer. This is a lightweight foam seat made of high-quality waterproof artificial leather and filled with decompression function, bringing you a very comfortable experience. The ED tower spring of the saddle base eliminates road or surface vibration that is usually directly transmitted to the spine, helping you to drive more smoothly and comfortably on off-road or flat roads

Three Riding Modes
The electric assist mode allows you to travel 70-100 kilometers, while the electric mode allows you to travel 40-60 kilometers. If the bicycle runs out of power, you can switch to manual mode. Ideally, you can combine these three modes, allowing you to fully enjoy the excitement, speed, and relaxation during riding!
Power Control Lock
When the power lock is turned on during use, the wheels will be powered on and used normally. The advantage of this is to prevent the wheels from not used for a long time and the battery from being over-discharged. When you lock the power, only bike functions are available.
Shimano 7 Speed Transmission
The 7-speed Shimano system is the standard transmission mechanism mentioned by many riders. Riders can adjust the bike’s gear according to personal preference to adapt to different road conditions, such as tilt, bumps, or other difficulties. The 7-speed Shimano bike can travel on different terrains. The lower gears make it easier to pedal, and the higher gears make it easier to move downhill.
Turn Tail Lights
The headlights are on and the taillights are always on. Turn on the left steering and right steering through the switch. Press the brake handle, a red warning will be displayed

High Strength Pedals and Cranks
We use prowheel cranks and wellgo pedals, all aluminum alloy forged material, super hardness, can bear 200KG.
Lockable Extended Suspension Fork
The high-strength shock absorber front fork allows you to be more relaxed and comfortable when riding, and no longer afraid of bumps. The lock switch can be manually locked or opened depending on riding conditions. The separate fork-shaped bridge design makes the outer tube of the front fork stronger and effectively prevents dust pollution during riding.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@biketoworkschceme.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions :

Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations : A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.
