We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@biketoworkschceme.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions :

Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations : A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

*All bikes are water resistant. For extra protection do cover your screens with plastic sheet to avoid water ingress when driving in rain
After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

I had bought the bike but was too heavy for me so I had sold it few days after. The reason for 3 stars is because it came with a broken brake. Customer service was good but they dont accept returns when the bike is opened so how do i know if it works or not if its not opened? I bought from other company before and they accepted bikes back. I had so many problems with bikes over getting them online the best so far was Fafrees 20 ebike that had no problem. The Bike instructions were not too good for this bike and had to figure things myself. I had to install the wheel which needed strength and had to call man for a help. The bike is super heavy so there is no way I had good control over it. The steering wheel too wide.. The battery lasts long so thats a good thing. However brake was damaged so had to sell it. I had purchased before from this company the Fafrees ebike and had no problem but this time it was very dissapointing.
