250W High-Efficiency Motor
The 35nm 250W brushless geared motor hidden in the 20-inch rear wheel provides tremendous power even in a compact size and is lightweight, which is the reason why it can easily overcome rugged and steep roads with extremely low energy consumption.
Specially Designed Battery
The battery is concealed in a seat tube, making it nearly tantamount to an ordinary bicycle at first glance, nevertheless, the range can still reach 100KM under the electric moped mode despite being so compact. Furthermore, the battery is removable meaning that you may get it powered anywhere at any time.

The concise design with an integrated seat post that contains battery and taillight, reducing the number of components and improves efficiency to the full extent. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions :

Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations : A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

super beautiful and functional electric bike
The D21 is a great bike. I have nothing to complain regarding the electric motor or battery. Just some minor things that could have been a little better with almost no additional cost. For example when the bike is folded, it has to lay on the battery bottom or it will hit the bb chain metal guard. I think there could either be some small stand, or they can glue some rubbery thing on the bottom of the battery. Also the bike will hugely benefit from a magnets to hold the wheels closed when rolling folded. There could be a small silicon or rubber sticker to protect from hits the point where the handles are folding and hitting the body. Finally it will be nice for Fiido to show pictures of a rear rack that can be fitted for D11 and D21. There is one on Fiido Ireland site where it is said that it can fit D21 and D11 but it doesn't give me confidence since there is no picture of how it fits on the bike, and the Rack itself looks like it wont be able to be attached to the battery seatpost (which is not cylinder) or the chain tube part of the body (which is also not cylinder).
All those can be easily upgraded. Overall great bike.
