Powerful Motor & Lasting Battery
Electric bike for adults is equipped with a powerful 48V 1200W high speed brushless motor with 48V, 17.5Ah high capacity battery adds greater climbing ability and can reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h (Unlockable). It can travel 31-37 miles per charge in pure e-bike mode and 37-49 miles in assisted bike mode for your daily commute and mountain cruising needs.
Durable & Shock Absorption
Durable double-layer aluminum alloy rims and shock-absorbing frame ensure smooth driving even on rough roads. The thickened shock-absorbing front fork can be locked and adjusted. Ebikes for adults can comfortably adapt to various road sections, has a good shock absorption effect, and effectively resists the impact on the body. The safe load weight is 198 lbs/90 kg.
Smart LCD Display
Electric bicycle for adults is equipped with HD smart meter display, including speed display, battery power display, mileage display. You can have more speed mode choices. You can easily track the driving speed and mileage as well as the remaining power of the battery anytime, so as to avoid running out of power. The plus and minus buttons are used to set the gear, and there are horn buttons and light buttons on the handle to further protect your safety.
Shimano 7-speed Gears & Dual Disc Brakes
Shimano 7-Speed gears increases stronger hill-climbing power greater terrain adaptability than 7 speed gears.It is convenient to ride uphill, downhill or pure acceleration. The front and rear dual disc brakes provide good braking ability.The tires are made of non-slip and explosion-proof materials. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@biketoworkschceme.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions :

Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations : A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

*All bikes are water resistant. For extra protection do cover your screens with plastic sheet to avoid water ingress when driving in rain
After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.
